DO I NEED TO PAY A SECURITY DEPOSIT?

We require a security deposit for 5&15 Apartments living. Your deposit will be equal to one month's rent.

CAN I BRING MY PET WITH ME?

Pets are not allowed at 5&15 Apartments.

HOW DO I APPLY FOR AN APARTMENT?

To determine your application status, please complete the form found on the "Live Here" menu bar. There is no fee to apply.

HOW SECURE IS THE APARTMENT BUILDING?

Entry to the apartment building is only be electronic fob 24 hours per day.

WHAT UTILITIES ARE COVERED IN MY RENT?

Electricity, water, sewer, and garbage are provided by 5&15 Apartments. We even include basic cable and internet service.
